Description

Prieto y Prieta Whisky Mexicano is a unique corn whisky crafted in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made from 100% Oaxacan heirloom corn, utilizing four distinct varieties: white, red, purple, and yellow. The corn is milled, open-air fermented, and double distilled in a hybrid pot and column still. It is then aged for 3 years in a combination of new French oak, ex-bourbon, and ex-Mexican sherry-style wine barrels.
