Description

An exceptional Irish grain whiskey produced in small batches so to preserve long standing craft traditions. Aged first in new American oak, the liquid is then matured in bourbon and sherry casks to create the most harmonious of blends. As indicated by the matching glassware, this dram makes the perfect base for a creamy Irish coffee. Notes of espresso and brioche. This whiskey pays tribute to the three printers of the 1916 Proclamation, William O'Brien, Michael Molloy and Christopher Joseph Brady, acknowledging their important role in Irish history.
