The Ambassador Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon is an uncut straight bourbon sourced from MGP in Indiana and curated by Proof & Wood Ventures. Distilled in 2006 and aged a minimum of 12 years in new charred oak barrels, this Winter 2019 batch was bottled at a barrel proof of 53.75% ABV (107.5 proof) from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley.
