Description

Founded by Master Distiller Piotr Dubisz, Legacy Distillery (formerly Legacy Alkohole) is a Polish company. This 6-year-old single malt whisky is an Irish distillate, blended by Piotr Dubisz from five casks (80% Bourbon, 20% first-fill Sherry). It was bottled in 2024 at 43% ABV. This release is a collaboration with the Polish speedway team PSZ Poznan and is a limited edition of 500 individually numbered bottles.

Palate
Vanilla, cherries, tobacco notes, subtle fresh oak, light and fruity with sweet orchard fruits, especially cherries, greengages, peaches, figs, exotic fruits, and rum-like notes.
Finish
Medium length, delicate sherry notes, dark chocolate, dried fruits, apricot, and pear, with returning herbs, slight pepperiness, cardamom, and cherries, even strawberries.
