The Quiet Man is a small independent distillery in the Irish town of Derry. This Triple Distilled Single Malt Whiskey first matured in fresh oak Bourbon casks, then finished in Oloroso Sherry casks and bottled at 46% to give the malt a complex and elegant structure.
