- Nose
- Sweet oak, cherry syrup, cookie dough, vanilla wafer, tobacco, ground coffee, and allspice.
- Palate
- Oily mouthfeel; clove, black pepper, vanilla custard, cherry cola, oak tannins, charred oak, maple syrup, brown sugar, and caramel.
- Finish
- With a long finish, DYN keeps the rye spices up front; layering in nutmeg, allspice, clove, and pepper, before turning into a sweet medley of vanilla cream, caramel, and mixed berries. Cherry cola rounds out the palate with some slight drying oak tannins and tobacco for an extra complex finish.
