Redbreast 12 Year Old is a definitive Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, triple distilled from a mash of malted and unmalted barley. It is matured for 12 years in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts, resulting in a complex, full-bodied, and smooth whiskey with spicy, fruity, and toasted notes.
