Redwood Empire 8 Year 'Haystack Needle' Bourbon 'Sierra Coast' Private Barrel Selection is a single-barrel, cask-strength bourbon distilled grain-to-glass by Redwood Empire Distillery in Northern California. Aged for 8 years in new American oak barrels with a char level 3, this non-chill filtered release showcases a unique mash bill of 72% Corn, 18% Rye, 5% Wheat, and 5% Malted Barley. This particular barrel, #1361, was selected by the Sierra Coast Whiskey Club.
