Description

The Remnant Whisky Company was formed in January 2020 by Peter Bignell (Belgrove Distillery), his son Dane, and their associates. They acquired nearly 300 full barrels of Nant whisky from investors affected by a failed buy-back scheme, aiming to blend and bottle whisky that almost never saw the light of day. 'Herd Not Seen' is an unpeated single malt whisky aged in sherry/wine casks and bottled at 44.5% ABV with no-chill filtered.
