The 2025 edition of Remus Gatsby Reserve is a 15-year-old cask-strength straight bourbon whiskey, bottled at 102.8 proof (51.4% ABV). It is released by Ross & Squibb Distillery to celebrate the 100th anniversary of F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel 'The Great Gatsby'. This ultra-limited edition features hand-selected barrels and Ross & Squibb's historic 21% rye bourbon mash bill.

Hints of cherry, vanilla, and creamy oak. Also caramelized sugar, vanilla icing, dark chocolate, old leather, cigar box, damp forest floor, dried berries, cherry liqueur, toasted pecan, and musty oak.
Palate
Sweet layers of cherry, raisin, and molasses with touches of pipe tobacco and Armagnac. Rich with maple syrup, blackstrap molasses, candied pecan, toffee, milk chocolate, baking spice (cinnamon, nutmeg), orchard fruit (baked apple, pear), rye pepper backbone, firm oak tannin, bright citrus (orange, lemon), cherry cola, and tobacco.
Finish
Long, lingering notes of rich toasted oak and cherry. Moves through walnut, roasted almond, and fig, anchored by lingering oak and a faint wisp of smoke. The interplay of sweetness and rye spice stays present.
