Nose
Soft and inviting with notes of caramel, vanilla, honeyed grain, and light oak, with subtle red fruit and baked pastry tones. Also notes of caramel pudding pop, baked blueberry, strawberries with whipped cream, torched orange peel, and soft cream soda.
Palate
Smooth and full with flavors of toffee, vanilla custard, and sweet wheat bread. Hints of red berries, chocolate, and light spice add complexity. Also notes of plump strawberry shortcake and vanilla extract, light caramel drizzle, and sweet oak.
Finish
Medium to long with lingering sweetness, gentle oak, and a soft, warming spice. It can also be long and trailing, with lighter touches of maple syrup, coniferous and earthy notes, and an almost port-like fruitiness.
