This is an 11-year-old Straight American Whiskey, double oak finished in American oak whiskey barrels. It was aged for 7 years in used oak and 4 years in new charred oak. This single barrel, exclusive release was selected by Seelbach's, with a mash bill of 78% Corn, 13% Rye, and 9% Malted Barley.
