Creamy, delightfully fragrant and remarkably rounded with notes of soft spice and mellow spun sugar along with warm hints of woody vanilla, honey, pear, fruit gums, peach, pineapple cubes, lemon zest, custard tarts, and nutmeg.
Palate
Velvety texture and sweet flavours including spiced pears and vanilla, apple crumble, cinnamon rolls, pear drop, creamy vanilla, fruit (pear, apple, lemon, mangoes), spice, biscuity, Ryvita notes, chocolate covered coconut flakes, honeycomb, wood spices, cinnamon, malt influence, and caramelised bananas.
Finish
Lingering and gentle, ending with a light creaminess, pear skin, whipped cream, sour apple, peppery, tart like a rhubarb or berry crumble, with underlying flavours of brown sugar, light oak, light spice, grain sweetness, mellow graham cracker, bitter, nutmeg, cinnamon, and figs.
