Nose
Fresh and aromatic, with notes of citrus zest, green apple, honeyed malt, and soft floral tones, alongside hints of vanilla and light oak. Strong malt, sweet bread, sweet lemons, flowers, freshly cut grass, hay, coriander, and rosemary. Fruit and flowers dominate, with peach, apricot, pineapple, yellow apple, unripe banana, linden, and a fresh mineral streak.
Palate
Light and elegant, offering flavours of lemon peel, orchard fruits, creamy malt, and gentle spice, with a refined sweetness. Floral grass wrapped in lemon zest and honey, going from sweet to dry. Exuberant alcoholic notes, pepper, ginger, white fruit, tropical inflections, bitter and vegetal notes. Tangerines, sugared peels, winter spice, Parfait Amour, Cointreau, and tannic oak.
Finish
Clean and lingering, with soft citrus, floral notes, and a delicate oak dryness. Short and drying with lemon zest and a hint of mint. Long, vegetal and spicy with lemon, quince tart, walnuts, and a saline edge. Long and punchy with good smoke and spicy fruit.
