Description
Built to straddle the banks of the Forth-Clyde canal in 1840, Rosebank distillery's Lowland location between Glasgow and Edinburgh produced a still highly revered single malt, comprising of a smooth, meadow flower bouquet with fresh citrus notes. In 1914, as a limited company, Rosebank became one of the founding members of the Scottish Malt Distillers Ltd. The Rosebank 21 Years Old 'Unity' is a notable single malt release from the discontinued Rosebank Distillery. This expression stands as the sixth edition in 'The Roses' series by Speciality Drinks Ltd, a collection that underscores the unique profile of Rosebank's offerings. Produced from some of the last known casks from the distillery, 'Unity' encapsulates over two decades of maturation, enhancing its complexity and depth. Distilled in the early 1990s, 'Unity' spent its years in a blend of ex-Bourbon and Madeira casks.
