Watt Whisky & Campbelltown Whisky Co is owned by Matt & Kate Watt who have over 40 years experience within the whisky industry. The concept of Watt Whisky is featured around Synaesthesia which is a condition where someone experiences things through their senses in a strange unique way. The Campbelltown Whisky Co. was established in January 2020 with their first ever cask being bottled in April 2020.
