Nose
Heavy on tropical fruit, apples, citrus, muddled mint, and lighter oak notes. A nice selection of fruits, brown sugar, cardamom, freshness, and malt.
Palate
Medium mouthfeel, peppery and spicy with white pepper, cinnamon, wood spice, cardamom, and clove. Tropical notes, orchard fruits, vanilla sweetness, orange, cranberry, and apricot. Balanced between sweet and sour with brown sugar and oak.
Finish
Mostly oak, short and weak, with soft, oily oak, sweeter fruits of orange and raspberry. Black pepper, drying oak, and an aftertaste of bell peppers.
