Nose
Fragrant and complex. Expect mango, zesty orange, and lime. There's a touch of honeycomb, salted oatcakes, and a spectrum of grassy and floral notes. Some very light peat and a hint of cloves.
Palate
The texture is light, and it arrives with soft honey, orange, mango, and white chocolate. There's a surprising note of salty cheddar cheese, followed by light peat, charred oak, and green tea. Rich dried herbs, particularly oregano, add depth. A touch of medicinal character.
Finish
Medium-short and salty. Expect flavors of salted caramel, orange, light malt, and a hint of turmeric.
