Nose
Orchard fruits, dried apricot, cinnamon, mint, subtle oak. Gently fruity and sweet, like a lighter version of a fruity Christmas cake, with a tingle of spices. Floral, sharp maltiness, tea leaves, fruit, molasses, fresh notes.
Palate
Honeyed malt, creamy vanilla, dark chocolate, nutmeg. Fruity, cakey sweetness, smoke, spicy tingle. Fallen apples, sharp, sweet, malty, cider, bright kick like ice wine. Dry, slightly spicy, gracefully balanced with spiced oak, cinnamon, nutmeg, light malted barley sweetness, toasted biscuit notes, vanilla sweetness, and subtle spiciness, green apple, pear, dried fruits, butterscotch, warming oak spice.
Finish
Medium spice, toasted oak, ginger caramel, eucalyptus. Pleasant, sweet, long-lasting and warming, with a touch of honey.
