Description
Russell's Reserve Single Barrel is a brand of American whiskey produced by Campari America at the Wild Turkey distillery in Kentucky. Introduced in 2013, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is named after legendary Master Distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell, who have a combined tenure of over 100 years at Wild Turkey. Each hand-selected single barrel is bottled at 110 proof (55% ABV) and is non-chill filtered to preserve maximum flavor. The bourbon is matured in new American oak barrels with a deep No. 4 'alligator' char, resulting in a rich, creamy toffee, and vanilla tasting bourbon. While it does not carry an age statement, the barrels typically range from 8 to 10 years old. Each single barrel yields roughly 150 bottles, making every bottle unique.
