The Sakurao Single Malt Sherry Cask Stillman's Selection is an exceptional Japanese single malt whisky from the Sakurao distillery in Hiroshima. This limited edition release, part of the Stillman's Selection series, was launched in 2022. It is matured in two types of cream sherry hogsheads, resulting in a rich, deep liquid with a complex flavor profile. The distillery, located between the Seto Inland Sea and the Chugoku Mountains, benefits from unique temperature variations that accelerate maturation. This whisky is bottled at 50% ABV, is non-chill filtered, and has no added coloring.
