Sanmi-Ittai is blended from one of the final remaining Hanyu casks, and selected other malt whiskies of an undisclosed origin, further matured in a series of other single casks. A Japanese sake, shochu and whisky producer. The company was established in 1625 before moving its headquarters to Hanyu in 1941 where it built a distillery.
