Description

The Säntis Malt Appenzeller Single Malt Edition Sigel is a Swiss Alpine Whisky produced by Brauerei Locher in Appenzell. This single malt is matured in small oak beer casks, some of which are over 100 years old, contributing to its unique character. Jim Murray described it as having an exclusive aroma and a pure malt that melts in the mouth, combined with juicy fruitiness, light spices, and friendly vanilla notes from the oak.
