This is a limited edition (one of 200 bottles) Speyside blended malt which is a blend of sherry matured whiskies for an individual character. Bottled by Douglas Laing as a special red-nosed reindeer edition. This lot includes a miniature bottle of Scallywag small batch release. It is non chill-filtered and bottled at 48% ABV.

Sweetness, Christmas cake, Icing sugar, sultanas and candied ginger. Coffee bean, raspberries, buttered scones. Sherry-soaked raisins, cocoa, cinnamon, and honeycomb.
Palate
Nutmeg and cereal. Vanilla and cinnamon. Sherry. Soft oak, maple syrup, blueberry muffin and chocolate cake. Rich fruit, dark chocolate, and spice.
Finish
A pinch of oak spice joins the vanilla and sherry. Lingering spiciness, somewhat drying, and subtle honied sweetness. Prune, hazelnut cream and clove.
