Scapa 16 Year Old Jutland Memorial Edition 1916-2016 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Scapa distillery in Orkney, Scotland. This official bottling was released in 2016 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Jutland, which took place in 1916. Matured for 16 years in a single first-fill American oak cask, this limited edition release consists of 249 bottles, with profits donated to the RNLI. It was exclusively available from the Scapa Visitor Centre.

Delicate and sweet with flavors of sweet ripe pear, vanilla, honeycomb candy, butterscotch sweets, caramel, toasted oak, dried fruit, citrus zest, subtle spice, and a silky arrival with a saline part.
Finish
Long and sweet with a spicy finish, notes of sweet malt, soft oak, a touch of sea salt, vanilla bean, fresh dairy cream, and sometimes hints of smoke and honey.
