Scarabus Islay Single Malt 10 Years Old is a peated Islay single malt whisky bottled by independent bottler Hunter Laing. It is aged for a minimum of ten years in a combination of refill, ex-bourbon, and virgin American oak casks. This expression is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and of natural color. Scarabus is a brand created by Hunter Laing, a whisky company established in 2013 by Stewart Laing, who also opened Ardnahoe distillery in 2016. The origin distillery of this single malt remains undisclosed.
