Description
This whisky has been blended and bottled by Inverarity Vaults Ltd. and sold exclusively by the Scottish Parliament. It is a premium Scotch whisky with an aroma presenting an interesting meeting of north-east and south-west characteristics, including Speyside pear-drops and Islay peat smoke. The mouth-feel is smooth, gentle and well balanced, with traces of salt suggesting Skye, a trace of walnuts, and a well-contrived sweet-dry balance. The overall impression is full-bodied and well made, with a satisfyingly extenuated finish.
