Nose
Sweet peat, raspberry ripple covered in smoke, earthy smoke, dried berries, tangy red fruits, waves of oak char and vanilla.
Palate
Jam-packed with red fruits fallen into a peat bog, rich layers of jammy red fruits, burnt sugar, robust, hearty peat smoke, tannic and lip-smackingly tasty.
Finish
Dark, vinous fruit, a touch of tannic oak, dense charcoal, a trickle of treacle, long and sherried with earthy undertones.
