Description

This single cask from a Secret Orkney distillery is natural in colour and not chill-filtration. The nose has cherries, candied orange, dark chocolate & ginger. The palate is fruity, a lovely cream, marzipan, sugared almonds, icing sugar & maraschino cherries. The finish is smooth with great length, notes of cinnamon, walnuts and a hint of strawberry jam. Slàinte Mhath!
