This single cask from a Secret Speyside Distillery is natural in colour and non-chill filtration. The nose has Sherry notes with some toasted almonds. The palate is sweet with liquorice, some hints of toffee and dark chocolate. A lively finish, warming, with a hint of smoke and coffee.
