Seelbach's 9 Year 'Private Reserve' Cask Strength Bourbon Batch 004 is a barrel-proof Indiana Straight Bourbon, aged for 9 years. It is bottled uncut and unfinished, allowing its high-rye bourbon mash bill to highlight the elegance of aged whiskey. This particular batch, 'Last Kelvin', was distilled and aged in Indiana and bottled in Jacksonville, FL. It has a mash bill of 74/21/4 Corn/Rye/Malted Barley. The blend consists of 84% Indiana bourbon aged 6 years 3 months in Indiana and 2 years 9 months in Florida, and 16% Indiana bourbon aged 9 years 2 months in Indiana, with an additional 5 months in new French Oak in Florida. The total bottle count for this release is 812 bottles.
