Crafted by Mr. Ken Usami, the master blender of Shinobu Distillery, The SHIN Malt Whisky Mizunara Japanese Oak Finish is made from selected finest malt whiskies. It is aged in ex-Oloroso Sherry and ex-Bourbon Casks and finished in precious Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. The whisky is all natural without coloring and non-chill filtered. 'Shin' stands for 'Integrity', one of the core principles of Samurai tradition. It offers a well-balanced profile between the woody flavor and incense of sandalwood from Mizunara Oak and a bold aged maltiness, bringing a fruit-forward taste with a bit of pepper and spice aftertaste.
