Nose
Delicious honey aroma, with hints of chocolate, dry grass, and bonfire from lightly peated malts. Sandalwood, coconut, soft spice, honeycomb, dried apricot, and warm incense. Minty and creamy with a touch of lemon, charcoal ash, and smoke.
Palate
Caramel, coffee, gentle smoky flavors, seaweed, and vanilla scent. Malt and light peat bring an intense taste of smoke, salt, and a hint of coke. Honeyed malt, roasted almonds, soft smoke, ripe pear, cinnamon, clove, and ginger warmth. Moderate peaty flavor mingled with toasted oak, charcoal ash, dry grass, and a hint of saltiness.
Finish
Long and smooth with notes of salted caramel. Smoke with dashes of salt and mineral. Sandalwood, dark chocolate, and a gentle oak dryness with a faint echo of peat. Lingering taste of toasted wood with sweetness from roasted malt.
