Description

An independent single cask Japanese single malt whisky from Shizuoka Distillery, selected and bottled by Blackadder under the Raw Cask series. Distilled in 2018 using 100% non-peated Scottish barley in the ex-Karuizawa 'K' pot still, it was matured for 3 years in a single bourbon barrel (Cask #781) and bottled in 2022 at natural cask strength without chill filtration or added coloring.
