This 8-year-old Bunnahabhain, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2024 by independent bottler Signatory Vintage, is part of their 100 Proof Edition series. Matured in first and second fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, this unpeated Islay single malt is bottled at 57.1% ABV without chill filtration or added coloring. It offers a characterful malt with a delicious cereal backbone and vibrant tropical fruit notes, showcasing Bunnahabhain's distinctive unpeated style.
