Description

Sild Jöl en Reek is a German Single Malt Whisky from the Sylt Distillerie GmbH, distilled in Bavaria and aged on the island of Sylt. Its name, meaning "Fire and Smoke" in the North Frisian dialect, reflects its peated character, derived from Sylt peat. This limited edition whisky is crafted using Sylt barley and water, and matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon, ex-Rum, and ex-Sherry casks, resulting in a complex and maritime flavor profile. It is bottled at 42% ABV, without chill filtration or added coloring.
