Description

The third and final release in The Singleton's Epicurean Odyssey series, this 40-year-old single malt from Glen Ord underwent a unique maturation process. After an initial 12 years, it spent 28 years in secondary maturation in ex-rum, ex-bourbon, Pedro Ximénez, and Oloroso sherry casks, before a final finish in Ron Zacapa XO and Royal Rum solera casks.
