Nose
Soft, sweet, and fruity with notes of baked green apple, crumbly brown sugar, cinnamon, cocoa powder, malty biscuits, dried orange, and a floral hint. Also, butterscotch, pineapple, banana, red wine gums, toffee, vanilla, light oak spice, pear, apricot, and peach.
Palate
Soft, sugary sweet, and gentle with muscovado sugar, milk chocolate, baked apple, vanilla custard, butterscotch, soft fudge, creamy toffee, and apricot jam. Dried spices like cinnamon bark, nutmeg, and clove are present. Also, intense honey, caramelized pecans, lavender, ground almonds, black pepper, citrus peels, and pear drops.
Finish
Soft, sweet, and medium length, with fading sugary and fruity characteristics, lingering malty biscuits, warming spice, cocoa powder, and ginger cake. Also, a good spice, a touch of tannin, sweet cream, caramel, praline, apple, black pepper, menthol, and a hint of coffee.
