This Slyrs Single Malt Whisky undergoes a unique maturation process. After an initial 2.5 years of aging in new American white oak barrels, it receives a further 4-year finish in original Amontillado casks. These valuable Amontillado casks, some up to 50 years old, are sourced from the renowned Bodegas Tradición in Jerez, Spain, imparting a distinctive character to the whisky.
