Description

Spearhead is a single grain Scotch whisky made exclusively from 100% malted barley, distilled in a Coffey still at Loch Lomond Distillery. It undergoes a long 92-hour fermentation and is aged in ex-bourbon barrels before a six-month finishing period in a combination of traditionally toasted and infrared toasted virgin American oak barrels. This process results in a lighter, sweeter, and more mixable whisky.
