Description

We have taken a light fruity flavourful Speyside whisky exquisitely aged for 12 years in ex bourbon barrels and finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogsheads for six months. The sherry adds bags of deep raisiny flavour and subtle sweetness, along with a rich burst of Christmas cake spices, dried fruits, vanilla, figs, roast almonds, orange peel and a warm nurturing feel you can only get from a cask strength whisky.
