Description

An independent spirits company founded in Germany in 2019. In addition to producing its own range of independent bottlings, the company works with a variety of distillers to produce spirits created to its own specifications. These have included whisky, mezcal and brandies.

Nose
A soft, persuasive nose with dominant tropical fruits like peach, mango, pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, and baked apple. Notes of beeswax, honey, propolis, custard, tropical fruit tea, and a hint of milk chocolate are present, with a continuous waxy evolution.
Palate
Full-bodied with harmonious tropical fruitiness, accompanied by soft tannins and gentle oak spices such as white pepper, cinnamon, aniseed, cloves, and nutmeg. Golden syrup, milk chocolate, ginger, toffee, and green herbs are also noted.
Finish
Long and evolving, with tropical fruits fading into a drier, oakier character. Notes of black and white pepper, dark chocolate, raspberry jam, liquorice, bay leaf, aniseed, grassiness, and gentle citrus.
