Springbank 12 Year Old Circa 1990's, Bourbon & Sherry Cask, 1995, 46%

This is an old presentation of Springbank's 12 year old Campbeltown single malt whisky, estimated to have been produced during the 1990s. Springbank is known for producing its single malts entirely in-house using traditional methods, and this particular bottling was part of their standard releases. Some sources suggest that during this period, Springbank was filling its standard bottlings with older stock than stated on the label. The distillery is one of the few that malts its own barley and bottles on site.
