Description

A revered single malt distillery in Campbeltown that has operated since 1828. It is today owned by J&A Mitchell & Co who produce three single malt styles there. These are its flagship two-and-a-half times distilled Springbank, a heavily-peated malt known as Longrow, and the triple-distilled Hazelburn. The Springbank 15 Year Old is a dark, brooding, and complex gem of the Campbeltown region, crafted annually with lightly peated barley and matured primarily in sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV without any filtration or coloring, offering a rich and peaty character.
