Description

A revered single malt distillery in Campbeltown that has operated since 1828. It is today owned by J&A Mitchell & Co who produce three single malt styles there. These are its flagship two-and-half times distilled Springbank, a heavily-peated malt known as Longrow, and the triple-distilled Hazelburn. This specific bottle is part of the Springbank Millennium Collection, a limited edition series of six age-statement whiskies (25 to 50 years old) released between 1998 and 2001 to commemorate the new millennium. The 50 Year Old was the final release in March 2001.
