Nose
Coastal sea salt, sweet vanilla, tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, honey, toasted oak, and a faint trace of earthy peat smoke. Also notes of vanilla cream, ripe orchard fruit, lemon zest, toasted coconut, and soft Campbeltown brine. Soft peat smoke, honeycomb, and fruit syrup.
Palate
Rich, creamy, and layered with sweet vanilla and honey. Bursts of citrus and ripe tropical fruits, smooth, rounded texture with hints of soft oak, gentle spices, and maritime character. Light peat smoke weaves through. Full-bodied and elegant, with sweet malt, baked apple, and citrus layered with bourbon oak, gentle spice, and subtle maritime salt. Fruit syrup, tinned peaches, and honeydew melon, along with touches of woodspice.
Finish
Long and satisfying, with lingering notes of soft peat smoke, vanilla, and a gentle touch of sea salt, leaving a refreshing, briny quality. A final hint of oak and fruit. Long, warming, and clean with lingering vanilla, fruit, and a touch of coastal smoke. A flint note and an ashy note reminiscent of campfire embers.
