Nose
Deep fruity notes of cherries, kirsch, strawberry jam, and roses, evolving into unripe cherries, tinned pears, and almonds. Hints of crepe suzette, candied tropical fruit, and lemon icing sugar.
Palate
Very expressive and fruity with jammy sweetness, considerable fresh acidity, orange fondant, pancakes with runny honey, and an oily, herbal body.
Finish
Fresh and vibrant with lemon, thyme, runny honey, and tinned orchard fruit, drying into a warming, lightly bitter, short finish with a ghost of chocolate orange.
