Description

This is Starlight Distillery's first 10-year bourbon release, a milestone expression capturing the essence of Southern Indiana's farming heritage. It is made from estate-grown grains, sweet mash fermented, and double pot distilled. The bourbon was aged for a full decade in Seguin Moreau Icone barrels sourced from a Napa Valley cooperage, and bottled at cask strength. This limited release was blended from eight barrels and is available in extremely limited quantities, primarily at the distillery.
