Description

Starward Fortis is a bold and flavourful single malt Australian whisky from the Starward Distillery in Melbourne. It is matured entirely in 100% American oak barrels that previously held Australian red wines, predominantly Shiraz and Cabernet from Barossa Valley wineries. Bottled at 50% ABV and non-chill filtered, Fortis is part of Starward's core range and is released in small batches, showcasing a rich, full-bodied character with enhanced vanillin and toasted oak characteristics.
