Description

This limited edition combines the smoky depth of Stauning's rye whisky with the complexity of porter beer casks from the Danish brewery To Øl. Crafted from 100% floor-malted, locally grown, rye and barley, and double distilled in small direct-fired copper pot stills. It is firstly matured in heavy-char virgin American oak before finishing in porter beer casks, resulting in a smooth, refined whisky with rich roasted notes of coffee, dark chocolate, malt, and brown sugar.
